Where can I buy tickets?

Until when can I buy tickets?

As long as the festival isn’t sold out, it’s possible to buy tickets on this page.

Can I cancel my tickets/get a refund?

Paid tickets will not be refunded or taken back under any circumstances.

Can I resell my tickets?

Yes. Regular tickets are not personalized, so you can pass them on or resell them.
Would you like to resell a ticket with backstage access? Please email tickets@cactusmusic.be.

• Reselling free tickets is prohibited by law.

• Planning to buy a ticket through an unofficial channel? Be careful: you can only be certain of a valid and secure ticket if you purchase through the official channels: this website or our official partner, Ticketswap.be.

• Do not buy tickets through other channels. No resale platform is 100% safe. If you still choose to resell your ticket or buy one via an unofficial channel, Cactusfestival accepts no responsibility whatsoever.

• Never respond to offers via Facebook or other social media, especially from abroad. There is a high risk that you will pay for a non-existent ticket and never hear from the seller again.

• Do not post any image of your ticket on social media where the barcode is clearly visible.

There's another name on my ticket. Is that a problem?

Do you have an ordinary admission ticket? Then the name on the ticket does not matter. You can use this ticket, you do not have to prove your identity at the entrance. Do you have a backstage or KIDS/youngsters ticket? These tickets do require identity/age verification. Would you like to pass such a ticket on to someone else? Please email tickets@cactusmusic.be.

How and when do I get my tickets?

Once the payment of your order has been successfully completed, we will send you an email with your ticket(s).

Save them on your smartphone or print the tickets (pdf) and bring them with you to Cactusfestival, it’s your only entry ticket.

Can I buy tickets with cultural vouchers or consumption vouchers?

We accept certain types of culture and consumption vouchers.

Can I take public transport to go to Cactusfestival?

Yes! The festival site is within walking distance of the railway station of Bruges. Check the time table via the SNCB app or the website www.belgiantrain.be if you plan to take the train.

Taking the bus? The nearest bus stop is also Bruges railway station. You can find bus time tables on De Lijn’s app or via www.delijn.be.

In addition, we also provide a night bus to the interior. Every evening at 1:45am, a night bus to Gent-Sint-Pieters departs at the exit of the festival (without stops). You can find more information on this page.

Is there parking available near the festival grounds?

There is no additional parking provided for visitors. We strongly recommend using public transport as much as possible. Is driving your only option? You can, of course, park your car in the existing parking facilities in and around the city. The closest parking to the festival is the parking lot at Bruges train station, which is within walking distance of Minnewaterpark. You can find more information about parking in Bruges here.

Can I leave the festival site and enter again later?

Yes, upon entering the festival, your ticket is exchanged for a wrist band, which allows you to enter and exit the festival site.

How old do I have to be to get access to Cactusfestival?

Depending on the age, admission to Cactusfestival for children and youngsters varies and supervision by an adult may or may not be required.

What can I bring to the festival grounds?

We aim to keep things safe and want to make everyone’s festival experience the best it can be. That’s easier when everyone is mindful of one another. That’s why you’ll find an overview of what you can and cannot bring to the festival grounds on this page under safety procedures and guidelines.

Can I bring a folding chair to the festival site?

No, to guarantee everyone’s safety, we cannot allow folding chairs or benches on the festival site, with the exception of small, folding camping chairs.

What means of payment are accepted at Cactusfestival?

At Cactus Festival, we work with drink vouchers. These can be purchased per 10 at €17.50. Drink vouchers can only be purchased during the festival, on the Bargeplein (bank card only) and in the Minnewaterpark (bank card & cash). Purchasing drink vouchers in advance is not possible.

There are no food vouchers at Cactusfestival. At the food stands, you can pay cash, with bancontact or with Payconiq, depending on the stand.

Are there lockers on the festival site?

Yes! You can keep all unnecessary ballast safe and sound in our lockers so you can go all out for your favourite band! On the Bargeplein you will find lockers of various sizes.

There are lockers with charging facilities so you can stay in touch at all times.

It’s also possible to reserve a locker in advance.

Is there hearing protection available on the festival site?

Yes, earplugs are available at the info stand.

I lost something at the festival. What should I do?

Lost your keys, wallet, mobile phone? Not fun, but it happens. All lost property will be collected at our information stand on site. Feel free to drop by there, who knows someone may have brought it in. Found something yourself? Feel free to bring it in there.

When do the doors of the campsite open?

The doors of the campsite will open on Friday, July 11, at 12:00. The campsite will be open 24/7 throughout the weekend. We will close the doors on Monday 15 July at 12:00.

Can I bring food & drinks to the camp site?

You can! In addition, the following facilities are available at the campsite:

• breakfast, (mojito) bar (24/7), dining options and all this at reasonable prices
• washing areas and sanitary facilities
• extra assistance for people with disabilities

• First aid
• camping fires are allowed in the places provided for this purpose
• for the sporty among us there is a ping pong table!

Not allowed on the campsite:

• cars & camping cars
• party tents
• pets
• glass
• barbecues

How can I work at Cactusfestival?

Please note: only when you are older than 16, or 15 years old and have completed the first two years of secondary education, you may work as a volunteer at Cactusfestival.

I live in the neighbourhood. Which measures are being taken?

The information for the neighbourhood residents will be online in the course of June.

Are pets/animals allowed on the festival site?

We love our pets and animals in general, but they don’t belong at a festival. With the exception of assistance dogs, animals are not allowed.

Are camera's allowed on the festival site?

Professional recording equipment is not allowed on the festival site. A small/compact camera for personal use is allowed.

Can I run a (food) stand at Cactusfestival?

That’s possible, but unfortunately there are no more spots available this year. If you would like to run a stand at Cactusfestival 2026, you can contact Janne Cuvelier – janne@cactusmusic.be.

Can I promote my event at Cactusfestival?

External organizations are not allowed to distribute flyers / freely stick up posters on and around the festival site. Do you want to put your event in the spotlight at Cactusfestival? Please contact Lien Henneco – lien@cactusmusic.be.

Is Cactus Café open during Cactusfestival?

Yes! Cactus Café will be open from 11pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for both visitors of the festival and the general public. In for a drink after the festival? Cactus Café is the place to be and is only a stone’s throw away. You’ll find Cactus Café at Bargeweg 10 – 8000 Bruges, a 2-minute walk from the festival park. Please note: drink vouchers from Cactus Festival are not valid at Cactus Café.
