Can I bring a chair to the festival?

Folding (camping) chairs without armrests or backrests are permitted. Exceptions are only possible upon presentation of a medical certificate and through the entrance managed by our accessibility partner, Inter. To arrange this, please contact Inter at cactus@inter.vlaanderen before July 6.

Are there lockers available?

Yes! You’ll find lockers in various sizes at Bargeplein.

Is your smartphone running out of juice, but you’re far from done? There are lockers with charging stations so you can stay reachable at all times.

Is there a lost and found?

Lost your keys, wallet, or cell phone? It’s no fun, but these things happen. During the festival, all lost and found items are collected at the information desk. Are you still at the festival grounds? Stop by the information desk. After the festival, you can send an email to info@cactusmusic.be.

When do the festival gates open?

• Friday, July 10 – at 3:00 p.m.

• Saturday, July 11 – at 11:00 a.m.

• Sunday, July 12 – at 11:00 a.m.

What can I bring to the festival grounds?

We want to keep things safe and make sure everyone has a great time at the festival. That’s easier if everyone looks out for one another. That’s why you’ll find a list of what you can and cannot bring into the festival grounds on this page under “Safety Procedures and Guidelines.”

Until when can I buy tickets?

• As long as the festival isn’t sold out, you can buy tickets online through our website on this page.

• Please note: advance ticket sales through the website end on Thursday, July 9, at 11:59 p.m. After that, the at-the-door price will apply.

• During the festival, tickets can only be purchased online (via desktop or smartphone) on this page.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available for purchase (while supplies last) on this page of our website.

• Please note: advance ticket sales through our website end on Thursday, July 10, at 11:59 p.m. After that time, tickets will only be available at the door price through our website.

• During the festival, tickets can only be purchased online (via desktop or smartphone) on our website.

Can I cancel my ticket(s)?

• Paid tickets will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

• You can resell your ticket(s) through Ticketswap.

Can I exchange my ticket(s)?

Tickets cannot be exchanged. Would you like to upgrade your day ticket to a combo ticket? Send an email to tickets@cactusmusic.be. Please note: valid while supplies last.

Can I resell my tickets?

Yes. Festival tickets are not personalized, so you can give your tickets to someone else or resell them. Would you like to resell a ticket with backstage access? Please email tickets@cactusmusic.be.

• Reselling free tickets is prohibited by law.

• Are you planning to buy a ticket through an unofficial channel? Please note: you can only be sure of a valid and secure ticket if you purchase tickets through the official channels: this website or through our official partner, Ticketswap.be.

• Do not buy tickets through other channels. No resale channel is 100% safe. If you still want to resell your ticket or plan to buy a ticket through an unofficial channel, Cactus Festival accepts no responsibility whatsoever.

• Never respond to offers on Facebook or other social media, especially those from abroad. There’s a good chance you’ll pay for a nonexistent ticket and never hear from the seller again.

• Do not post any images of your ticket on social media where the barcode is clearly visible.

There's a different name on my ticket. Is that a problem?

No, that’s not a problem. Adults don’t have to show ID at the entrance. ID checks are only required for children’s and youth tickets for security reasons.

Can I take public transportation to the Cactus Festival?

Absolutely! The festival grounds are within walking distance of the Bruges train station. That’s convenient! Check the schedule via the NMBS app or the website www.belgiantrain.be if you’re coming by train.

• Taking the bus? The closest bus stop is also at Bruges Station. You can find the bus schedule on the De Lijn app or at www.delijn.be.

• We also provide a night bus to destinations inland. Every evening, a night bus departs from the festival exit bound for Gent-Sint-Pieters (no stops along the way). You can find more information on this page.

Can I park near the Cactus Festival?

There is no Cactus Festival parking lot. You can park (for a fee) at the Interparking lot near the train station, within walking distance of Minnewater Park. You can find more information about parking in Bruges here.

Can I leave the festival and come back in?

Yes, when you enter the festival, your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband, which allows you to enter and exit easily.

Can I still go out and party after the last show?

Yes! Cactus Café will be open every day on July 10, 11, and 12 starting at 11 p.m. for a real afterparty. One location: Bargeweg 10 – 8000 Bruges, a 2-minute walk from the festival grounds. Please note: drink vouchers from the Cactus Festival are not valid at Cactus Café.

Can I use my drink vouchers at Cactus Café?

No, you can’t pay with drink vouchers at Cactus Café.

How old do I have to be to go to Cactus Festival?

Young or old—everyone is welcome at Cactusfestival! Depending on your age, you may or may not need to be accompanied by an adult, and you’ll need to purchase a different type of ticket.

How can I pay at Cactus Festival?

At Cactus Festival, we use drink tokens. These can be purchased in sets of 10 for €17.50. You can buy drink tokens during the festival at Bargeplein (Bancontact only) and in Minnewaterpark (Bancontact & cash). It is not possible to purchase drink tokens in advance.

Food vouchers are not used at Cactus Festival. At the food stands, you can pay—depending on the stand—with cash, Bancontact, or Payconiq.

Can I get earplugs at Cactus Festival?

Yes, earplugs are available at the information booth.

When do the doors of the campsite open?

The doors of the campsite will open on Friday, July 11, at 12:00. The campsite will be open 24/7 throughout the weekend. We will close the doors on Monday 15 July at 12:00.

Can I bring food & drinks to the camp site?

That’s possible! In addition, the campground offers the following amenities:

• breakfast, (mojito) bar (24/7), dining options—all at reasonable prices!
• laundry facilities and restrooms
• additional assistance for people with disabilities
• first aid
• Campfires are permitted in the designated areas
• For the sports enthusiasts among us, there’s a ping-pong table!

Not permitted at the campground:

• Cars & RVs
• Party tents
• Pets
• Glass
• Barbecues

Are pets allowed on the festival grounds?

We love pets and other animals, but they don’t belong at a festival. With the exception of service dogs, animals are not allowed.

Are cameras allowed?

Professional recording equipment is not permitted on the festival grounds. However, small/compact cameras for personal use are allowed.

Can I promote my own event at Cactusfestival?
