Where can I buy tickets?

Availability & points of sale

Tickets are available while stocks last via this page – www.cactusfesival.be or via In&Uit Brugge.

Please note: on Friday 7 July at 00h00, presale ends and will be switched to door prices. Presales via In&Uit, Snuffel and Fnac will end on 30 June. From then on, it will only be possible to purchase tickets via the website www.cactusfestival.be.

Until when can I buy tickets?

Can I cancel my tickets/get a refund?

Paid tickets will not be refunded or taken back under any circumstances.

It is possible to upgrade your ticket: from 1 day ticket to 2 day ticket or 3 day ticket ticket or from 2 day ticket to 3 day ticket. If you want to upgrade your ticket please mail to tickets@cactusmusic.be.

Please note: it is not possible to upgrade to a ticket type that is sold out.

Can I exchange my tickets?

Can I resell my tickets?

Yes, regular tickets can be passed allong or can be resold. The name on the tickets doesn’t matter.

Reselling free tickets or guest tickets is forbidden by law.

Are you planning on buying or selling a ticket via an unofficial channel? Please note: you are only sure of a valid and safe ticket if you buy tickets through the official channels: this website, page or the official external presale points: Fnac, Snuffel Hosetel and In&Uit Brugge.

Do not buy tickets through other channels.
No resale channel is 100% secure. If you still want to resell your ticket or if you plan to buy a ticket through an unofficial channel, Cactusfestival does not accept any responsibility.

Never accept offers via Facebook or other social media, especially from abroad. There is a good chance that you will pay for a ticket that does not exist and that you will not hear from the provider afterwards.

Do not post an image of your ticket on social media where the barcode is clearly visible.

There's another name on my tickets. Is that a problem?

No. The name on the ticket doesn’t matter. You can use this ticket.

How and when do I get my tickets?

Once the payment of your order has been successfully completed, we will send you an email with your ticket(s).

Save them on your smartphone or print the tickets (pdf) and bring them with you to Cactusfestival, it’s your only entry ticket.

Can’t find your ticket in your mailbox?

Can I buy tickets with cultural / consumption vouchers?

Culture and consumption vouchers

We accept culture and consumption vouchers from Sodexo and Edenred:

These can only be purchased at In&Uit Brugge.

Can I take public transport to go to Cactusfestival?

Yes! The festival site is within walking distance of the railway station of Bruges. Check the time table via the SNCB app or the website www.belgiantrain.be if you plan to take the train.

Taking the bus? The nearest bus stop is also Bruges railway station. You can find bus time tables on De Lijn’s app or via www.delijn.be.

In addition, we also provide a night bus to the interior. Every evening at 2am, a night bus to Gent-Sint-Pieters departs at the exit of the festival (without stops). You can find more information on this page.

Can I leave the festival site and enter again later?

Yes, upon entering the festival, your ticket is exchanged for a wrist band, which allows you to enter and exit the festival site.

How old do I have to be to get access to Cactusfestival?

Depending on the age, admission to Cactusfestival for children and youngsters varies. 14 years old and may or may not be accompanied by an adult responsible for them. Check the info on access for children and youngsters via this page.

When do the doors of the campsite open?

The doors of the campsite will open on Friday, July 12, at 12:00. The campsite will be open 24/7 throughout the weekend. We will close the doors on Monday 15 July at 12:00.

When do I have to leave the campsite on monday?

Can I bring food to the camp site?

You can! In addition, the following facilities are available at the campsite:

• breakfast, (mojito) bar (24/7), dining options and all this at reasonable prices
• washing areas and sanitary facilities
• extra assistance for people with disabilities

• First aid
• camping fires are allowed in the places provided for this purpose
• for the sporty among us there is a ping pong table!

• cars & camping cars
• party tents
• pets
• glass
• barbecues

How can I work at Cactusfestival?

Please note: only when you are older than 16 or 15 years old and have completed the first two years of secondary education, you may work as a volunteer at Cactusfestival.

I live in the neighbourhood. Which measures are being taken?

The information for the neighbourhood residents will be online in the course of June.

I lost something at the festival. What should I do?

Lost your keys, wallet, mobile phone? Not fun, but it happens. All lost property will be collected at our information stand on site. Feel free to drop by there, who knows someone may have brought it in. Found something yourself? Feel free to bring it in there.

If you were unable to find your lost property during the festival, please send an email to info@cactusmusic.be.

Are there lockers on the festival site?

Yes! You can keep all unnecessary ballast safe and sound in our lockers so you can go all out for your favourite band! On the Bargeplein you will find lockers of various sizes.

There are lockers with charging facilities so you can stay in touch at all times.

How can I pay on the festival site?

You can pay with cash or bancontact at all drink voucher sales points and food stands on the festival site. There is no ATM on the festival site.

Are pets/animals allowed on the festival site?

We love our pets and animals in general, but they don’t belong at a festival. With the exception of assistance dogs, animals are not allowed.

Is there sunscreen available on the festival site?

Yes. CM employees hand out sunscreen on the festival site. Please note: while supplies last. So, just to be on the safe side, take sunscreen with you.

Is there hearing protection available on the festival site?

Those who want to enjoy good music for a long time to come better take care of their ears. CM has your back! Every day, a mobile team will walk around the Bargeplein and the BAZAAR to provide you with appropriate protection. At our info stand you can also find earplugs and buy headphones for your kids (€25).

And while they’re at it, the people at CM will also make sure your skin stays eternally radiant, with their sunscreen at your service.

Are camera's allowed on the festival site?

Professional recording equipment is not allowed on the festival site. A small/compact camera for personal use is allowed.

Can I run a (food) stand at Cactusfestival?

That’s possible, but unfortunately there are no more spots available this year. If you would like to run a stand at Cactusfestival 2024, you can contact Wannes Belaen – wannes@cactusmusic.be.

Can I bring a folding chair to the festival site?

No, to guarantee everyone’s safety, we cannot allow folding chairs or benches on the festival site, with the exception of small, folding camping chairs.

Can I promote my event at Cactusfestival?
