An espresso bar in a vintage Airstream trailer, serving exceptional coffee crafted with true barista expertise.

MOSH! is stopping by this summer with its signature smash burgers, including the GOOSE GLIDER — a smash burger created in close collaboration with GOOSE and personally curated by the band. Expect perfectly smashed patties (also available in a veggie version!), delicious sides, and bold, punchy flavors!

3. Lulu’s Tribal Kitchen

Craving delicious butter chicken or mind-blowing khui ta? Lulu’s Kitchen is the place to be — serving every dish with passion and love!

4. Foodbazar - Boem Patat

Come by and discover the irresistible jacket potato, topped with delicious sauces and flavorful toppings, served straight from a fully equipped kitchen on wheels where an authentic potato oven takes center stage. Made with fresh ingredients every day, each baked potato is prepared with care and attention to quality. A vegan option is also available.

5. ZILT - Oesters en meer

Be transported to the beaches of Zeeland and enjoy the natural delicacies of Zilt. Delicious oysters and more!

6. Mission Masala

Mission Masala serves Indian soul food packed with mouthwatering flavors and aromatic spices. Be sure to try their famous Bombay BBQ Burgers and their classic chicken or paneer curries!

7. Kopjezwam

Kopjezwam combines sustainably grown premium mushrooms with creative flavors, transforming pure ingredients into something truly special. Expect original street food, rich umami, and dishes that keep evolving in flavor. Stop by and discover Seichou, their king oyster mushroom specialty: a sustainable delicacy that takes king oyster mushrooms to the next level.

8. Los Pollos

Los Pollos brings modern Peruvian cuisine to Cactusfestival with high-quality, Halal-certified dishes and a bold urban twist. All dishes are also available in vegetarian and vegan options.

9. Spithouse

Spithouse, everything chicken brings you rotisserie chicken, but with a twist. Juicy chicken wings, the one and only spitburger, and a bacon black pepper variant that truly stands out. Everything is prepared in and served from our food truck (for enthusiasts: a 1996 American GM). Using the most tender chicken in the country, we deliver fast food of top quality.

10. Les Filles Du Bord De Mer

Making Memories has its roots by the sea, something we’re secretly very proud of! And since we’re right at the source, with ‘Les Filles du Bord de Mer’ we serve you the freshest fish from the North Sea. Brought ashore with kilos of fishing wisdom and tons of love. That’s how our beach cabin on wheels comes to you!

11. Balls & Glory

Balls & Glory serves you the world’s most delicious meat and vegetarian balls: honestly sourced, oven-baked, hand-rolled, and famous for their delicious liquid filling!

12. De Stoepa

A well-established name in Bruges, now appearing in a pop-up version so that even non-Bruges locals can get acquainted with their delicious, Eastern-inspired cuisine full of wok dishes and curries.

13. Bocca

Treat yourself to a delicious BOCCA pasta. Do you prefer meat or vegan options? There’s something for everyone! Peace – Love – Bocca.

14. Greenway

Greenway is bringing surprisingly tasty plant-based dishes to Cactus Festival! Try their classics: Thai coconut curry, vegan kebab wrap and Pad Thai noodles!

15. Mr. Pita

It’s an unwritten rule: in the recipe for a successful festival, a well-filled Lebanese pita is an essential ingredient. Mr. Pitta serves you exactly what you’re craving, with great craftsmanship!

What could be better than a good portion of fries in a paper cone with a generous dollop of mayonnaise and a cold pint? Maybe a bit of a guilty pleasure, but absolutely essential to get through the festival weekend!

20. Foodbazar – Taco’s

Grab a seat at our ‘Taqueria on the road’ for fresh soft tacos, generously filled with pulled pork (El Pastor), pulled chicken (Pollo Loco), or pulled shiitake (Shiitaco – VEGAN). Each taco is finished with our signature Mexican toppings and house-made pico de gallo for a fresh finishing touch.

21. Kopjezwam Bitterballen

Forget everything you know about bitterballs, Kopjezwam gives this classic an oyster mushroom upgrade. Expect no standard snack, but a refined plant-based version packed with flavor. Our bitterballs are filled with richly seasoned oyster mushrooms, slow-cooked for a deep, savory umami. Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, just as it should be, but surprisingly different.

22. Comme ma grand-mère

At Comme Ma Grand-Mère, you can enjoy delicious pancakes made the old-fashioned way, just like grandma used to make. Large sweet crêpes, flambéed and prepared with local ingredients.
